Traditional, non-Traditional, Spiritual or other, I
offer many different types of readings and services which I gladly share
with you. You
are also welcome to help craft your own ceremony.
Record of Marriage
At your ceremony, you will receive the ‘Record of
Solemnization of Marriage’ that is detached from the licence.
This is an interim document and not a legal
record.
Immediately following the day of the marriage, the
licence will be mailed to the Government to register your wedding.
Legal Certificate of Marriage
You can apply for your legal Marriage Certificate after
the wedding. It is recommended that you wait about 12 weeks before you mail
in the application.
Even though it is not required, it is advised
that you include a photocopy of your Record of Marriage with your
application.
There is also an on-line application option.
Planning Meeting
A planning meeting is held about one month before the
ceremony.
It is recommended that the licence be obtained by that
time.
The planning meeting is included in the officiant fee.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals are available at an additional charge.
